Kiyoshi Inukai (犬飼 潔 Inukai Kiyoshi) was introduce as the owner of Iggy's petshop where Kazuhito Harumi once live when he was reincarnated as a dog. He was forced to sell Kazu to Kirihime Natsuno after she threatened him at scissor point, ever since then he has been fearful whenever he sees Kirihime passing in front of his store.
